Craig previously worked at Sabre Inc., the leading global supplier of technology to the travel industry, for twenty years and his last position there was as Director of Global Infrastructure. He is a business technology leader equipped and capable to handle any situation impeding client operations or initiatives.

IT Field Service Technician (USA & Canada)

Experienced IT Field Service Technicians are needed for the installation / move / service / repair of computers, servers, networks (cabling, routers, switches, wireless, etc.), copiers, printers, fax machines, scanners and other computer equipment at customer locations. Also needed are experienced ATM (Automated Teller Machine) technicians, Point-of-Sale (POS) and general Electronics Technicians.

Experience and Skills Required

  • A minimum of two years’ experience as an IT Field Service Technician
  • Must have valid certifications (see list below)
  • Proven skills in repairing and trouble-shooting problems
  • Ability to provide high quality customer service and possess good organizational skills
  • Have the ability to work well within a team environment, be customer focused and fully aware of service delivery standards
  • Must have access to reliable transportation


  • Candidates must be completely fluent in local language
  • Additional languages desirable but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, when dealing with customers, vendors and co-workers

Contact us to provide a custom quote based on the following; location, IT expertise required, length of assignment, schedule and type of work. We look forward to providing a detailed and industry competitive quote to meet your specific requirements.

Client agrees to pay Gurus2go by major credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) before and/or at the time of service. For on-site IT service, your credit card will be charged for one hour prior to the technician arriving on-site, and the remaining balance, if any, will be charged after the appointment has concluded and sign off has been received. For remote service, the credit card will be charged after the remote service call is completed.

Payment terms for all contracted and Managed Services will be governed by those agreements.



Gurus2go offers a best-in-class next business day warranty. If the same problem occurs within 24-hours of your on-site visit, we will return at an agreed upon time to fix the problem at no cost to you. We know that our Guaranteed Warranty is extremely rare and unusual in our industry – we like to think that we are too. Gurus2go offers ad-hoc on-site IT service, corporate agreements, maintenance and service agreements, and IT staffing solution agreements. Agreement terms and pricing are based on the location, scope and type of work and skills required, and will be competitively customized for each customer.
